RYT200 Yoga Instructor, Barre Certified Instructor, additional certifications include: Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Reiki 2, Pilates, SUP Yoga and Ayurveda Consultant.

Always looking to add some fun, Chrissy blends her knowledge into each and every one of her classes so her students get the most they can every time. She is a firm believer it is a work in as well as a workout to make your health a lifestyle as opposed to a passing fad until the next one. She sees yoga as a compliment to that in order to maintain your mind/body connection to grow and make life better. She is constantly learning to blend more of her unique style into classes to create ways to take yoga off of the mat and into daily life.

RYT 500 Yoga Instructor

Stephanie is a 500hr RYT with training in various styles, including Vinyasa, yin yoga, and guided meditation. Her love of yoga was cultivated at a young age and continues to grow with each and every breath. Her classes are a fun and educational way to release that combine easy-to-follow cues and energetic playlists. She loves the freedom of flowing through Vinyasa-style sequences and encourages every student to make their practice their own. She firmly believes yoga is for everybody and everybody! With an intention of spreading love and light everywhere she goes, her classes are filled with warmth and acceptance. She connects with students to ensure every yogi leaves the mat with a smile and a purpose. Her goal in life is simple: to be good and do good…

Zumba certified

Chelsea is a Zumba-certified dancing dynamo and fitness enthusiast! If you want a fun-filled, heart-pounding dance fitness experience, Chelsea would be the ideal instructor for you. With a boundless love for music, an infectious energy, and a passion for movement, Chelsea knows how to create an exhilarating atmosphere in her classes.

With a ballroom dance background, Chelsea offers a unique blend of international dance styles, cardio, and strength training, all set to an eclectic playlist that will keep you moving and grooving. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner taking your first steps, Chelsea ensures everyone feels the rhythm and experiences the joy of movement. Beyond the studio, Chelsea is a product development assistant, wife, and mother of two. She is a motivator, friend, and wellness advocate who encourages everyone to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle full of dance.

Christina is both a passionate yoga student and teacher. She continues to expand her knowledge of yoga while deepening her practice, allowing her connection to yoga to evolve over time. Through yoga she found peace, self-love and happiness. Her hope is to be able to bring the benefits of yoga into other people’s lives so that they can find what they need in themselves to feel the same.

Christina enjoys teaching yogis of all ages, at any level of their yoga practice. Her goal is to help you build strength and flexibility as you find peace and balance. She creates a safe in a place where you connect your breath to movement and set your mind free. 

Zumba and Zumba toned certified

Wilda is a certified Zumba Instructor since 2011. She got certified after falling in love with the workout during her own fitness journey. She discovered her passion for health and fitness and found joy in helping others. Wilda has taught at various gyms and studios, including Fitness Factory, Esporta Fitness, and Retro Fitness. She is certified in both Zumba and Zumba toning and is also a certified health coach. Wilda works out most days and is an avid runner. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, working out, and spending time with her two daughters. She is thrilled to be part of our team and can’t wait to make your fitness journey enjoyable and fun.

Melissa

Melissa Wojcik is a 500hr certified teacher that believes yoga is a practice that can be made available to anyone.   

She believes yoga is a conversation with the body with the give and take of your needs at that moment so she works to incorporate breathing and meditation into each movement.  Melissa teaches restorative, vinyasa, chair and rope wall yoga.  She has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and has been teaching yoga since 2020. 

Thersea

Pilates certified

Theresa took her first Pilates class over 20 years ago. After two years of private lessons, she became an instructor to share her love for Pilates. She is certified in beginner, intermediate, and advanced mat through Power Pilates. Theresa has been coaching students ranging from children to seniors. Pilates focuses on core strength and improves stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Theresa is passionate about helping everyone accomplish their fitness goals.
