Align & Flow
Our align & flow yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes the continuous movement between postures, synchronized with intentional breath. The practice is a moving meditation that builds strength, freedom, and fluidity in both body and mind. *This is a beginner friendly class
Slow Flow
Our Slow Flow class is a 60-minute session that begins with a warm-up concentrating on deep stretching and breathing exercises to establish a base for a gentle-paced flow. During the slow flow, expect sequences emphasizing deep stretching and fundamental inversions. Harmonize your movements with your breath to enhance the connection between your mind and body while increasing strength and flexibility. This class is ideal for those aiming to enhance flexibility. Conclude the session with a calming savasana, encouraging students to engage in pure mindfulness through meditation. *This class is beginner friendly.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels, is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. *This class is beginner friendly.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a form of yoga distinguished by the smooth transition of postures, allowing you to flow effortlessly from one pose to the next while coordinating with your breath.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice designed for anyone who prefers or requires the support of a chair. This class offers all the benefits of traditional yoga—improved flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation—while removing the need to get up and down from the floor. Using the chair for seated postures, standing support, and mindful movement, students can safely explore stretching, joint mobility, and breathwork at their own pace.*This class is beginner friendly.
Mat
Pilates
Classical Pilates
Classic pilates is a workout centered around the principles and exercises first developed by Joseph Pilates - who developed over 500 different movements. Some common classic pilates exercises include the one hundred, roll ups, double and single leg stretches, and the swan dive.
Pilates Strength
Pilates Strength is a full-body workout which incorporates mat-based, and standing exercises as well as small equipment to build gradual levels and variations. This class emphasizes building core strength and posture improvement.
Happy Hour Pilates
Pilates mat class that occurs between the hours of 4 and 5 pm.
Hot Pilates
Pilates that takes place in a heated studio (90-100 degrees) to boost flexibility, balance, and core strength.
Barre
Barre: One hour class that incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga, and functional training, all choreographed to uplifting music that guides you through every graceful plié and empowering lift.
Barre & Burn: A combination of barre and strength classes that work to target specific muscle groups. The exercises are designed to be accessible yet challenging, promoting a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.
The Barre Scene: A barre class that occurs between the hours of 4pm and 5pm.
Barre Inferno: A classical barre class that takes place in a room heated to 90-100 degrees.

Zumba Tone

Foam Rolling
Stretch & Roll is a gentle, mobility-focused class that blends guided stretching with the targeted benefits of foam rolling. Using a combination of dynamic and static stretches, you’ll lengthen tight muscles while the foam roller helps release tension, improve tissue quality, and enhance overall flexibility. Movements are slow, mindful, and accessible for all levels.
