Barre

Barre

Barre class is a unique and inclusive form of exercise, incorporating elements of Pilates, yoga, and functional training, all choreographed to uplifting music that guides you through every graceful plié and empowering lift. In a barre class, you'll find yourself engaging in a series of movements that focus on precision and alignment, gently encouraging your body to find its own strength and flexibility. The exercises are designed to be accessible yet challenging, promoting a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Vinyasa (Flow)

Vinyasa Flow yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes the continuous movement between postures, synchronized with intentional breath.. The Vinyasa practice is a moving meditation that builds strength, freedom, and fluidity in both body and mind.

Current class selection: Power Flow, Slow Flow, Align & Flow.

Hot Yoga

This 60-minute class is practiced in a room heated between 90-100 degrees. The detoxifying yoga sequence incorporates yoga postures that build strength, balance, stamina and flexibility. Apart from its physical advantages, this program helps develop one's self-discipline, perseverance, focus, and tolerance.

Pilates

In Pilates mat class, you will improve your strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. The instructor will guide you through exercises that target all muscle groups, with a special focus on challenging your core muscles with each movement. Expect slow and controlled movements throughout the class.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal class features gentle floor-based sequences that incorporate bolsters, blankets, and props to help practitioners fully relax their muscles, slow down mental activity, shift emotional patterns, ease the breath, and tap into the healing capacity of the nervous system.

The purpose of this class is to offer a secure environment for expectant individuals to connect with their evolving bodies, alongside other soon-to-be parents. By connecting with others in their community, they can share their experiences and tap into the wisdom of those who have given birth throughout history. It's all about accessing their innate knowledge within themselves.

Mommy & Me Yoga

Parent & Me/ Kids Yoga

Good Life Tots: Ages 0-5. This program is a rotating series that fosters active listening and social skills in children through play and interactive poses. The class creates an engaging environment for both the child and the parent.

Kids Yoga: Ages 6-12. The Rotating Series is designed to enhance focus and relieve stress, as well as improve self-awareness, emotional maturity, and self-confidence.

Yin

Yin Yoga is a type of practice that involves slow movements. This form of yoga helps to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation. During the practice, each posture is held for several minutes, with the main focus on stretching the deep connective tissues in your body to help release tension. This class is suitable for anyone, and if required, props can be used to make the postures more accessible and passive.

Hot Pilates

Are you interested in trying out a new workout that will leave you feeling sweaty? Hot Pilates involves a series of core and back strengthening exercises repeated with various squats, lunges, and mountain climbers.

Zumba

Zumba classes bring together Latin and international music and dance to create an energetic and effective calorie-burning workout suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. This fitness system incorporates aerobic training that combines slow and fast rhythms to sculpt and tone your body.
