I have a membership/package and am having problems registering for classes.
Input your membership/package code at checkout in the box that says “package, coupon, or gift code” then hit APPLY.
You should only have to do this process the first time you register.
I can’t find my code.
It is on the email sent with purchase. If you cannot find that email you can email us at JoinTheGoodLife10@gmail.com and we will resend your code.
Do I need a package/membership to take a class?
No. You can register and pay per class.
Do I need to register in advance?
We strongly recommend you register online prior to coming to the studio. Some classes fill and we cannot guarantee your spot. Also, classes require two people registered to run- so the class might be canceled and you will not be notified.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a two-hour notification to cancel your class appointment. We will not refund you for a class if we do not have a two-hour notification of cancellation. If you cancel within two hours we will refund you the amount (minus our processing fees) or offer to reschedule you for another class. Events require at least 24 hour notice to cancel for a refund.
Our charity events (such as puppy yoga) are non-refundable.
What if I do not show for my class?
We will not refund your class or credit it back to a package. Members may be charged a 10 dollar no-show fee.
I have an unlimited membership, can I bring a friend for free?
No, unlimited memberships are only for one person. We love friends …maybe offer them the introduction package which is highly discounted.
