Barre. Pilates. Springboard.
We take three of the workouts you already love and give them a stronger, sculpt-focused twist.
Sculpt brings together movement, resistance and full-body strength.
At The Good Life, Sculpt isn't just one kind of workout.
We bring sculpt-focused strength work into Barre, Pilates and our signature Springboard classes.
That means more ways to challenge your muscles without giving up the movement styles you already love.
Barre. Pilates. Springs. Find your way to Sculpt.
Each Sculpt format brings a different style of movement and resistance to your workout.
Barre meets strength.
Barre Sculpt combines the small, controlled movements and muscle endurance work you know from Barre with added resistance and sculpt-focused strength work.
Expect plenty of attention on your legs, glutes, arms and core.
Small movements. Serious work.
Pilates — with an added strength challenge.
Pilates Sculpt combines controlled, intentional Pilates-inspired movement with resistance and full-body strength work.
You'll still find the core connection, precision and control Pilates is known for — with more opportunities to challenge your muscles.
Control meets strength.
This is where Sculpt gets different.
Springboard Sculpt uses our wall-mounted Pilates Springboards to bring spring resistance into your Sculpt workout.
The springs add resistance, challenge your control and create a unique full-body strength experience.
Pilates. Springs. Sculpt.
Our Sculpt classes take elements from Barre, Pilates and Springboard and add a greater focus on resistance and full-body strength.
Depending on the class, you may work with weights, bodyweight, bands or spring resistance.
You're still moving with intention. You're still focusing on form. We're simply adding another layer of strength.
Move well. Get stronger.
Maybe you love the shake of Barre.
Maybe you prefer the control and core connection of Pilates.
Or maybe you're ready to challenge yourself with the resistance of our Springboards.
At The Good Life, you don't have to choose between the movement you enjoy and getting stronger.
You can have both.
Sculpt is about challenging your muscles while keeping movement intentional and approachable.
Add resistance and challenge your muscles through a variety of movements.
Expect opportunities to work your arms, legs, glutes, core and more.
Core strength and stability show up throughout our Sculpt formats.
We may use weights, bands, bodyweight or springs depending on the class.
Barre, Pilates and Springboard give you three completely different ways to Sculpt.
Learn the movements, find your resistance and discover how strong you can feel.
You don't need to be strong before coming to Sculpt.
Choose lighter resistance. Take the modification. Learn the movement. Add more challenge when you're ready.
And if you're trying Springboard Sculpt for the first time, we'll show you how the springs work.
Come as you are. Get stronger from there.
